Watch Your Favorite Movie

Everyone has a favorite movie, whether it’s from a few months ago or from when you were a child. Regardless of when you first saw it, set aside some time today to sit down and watch it again.
Make sure to clear your mind of anything else except the movie. And whatever you do, do not let yourself feel guilty about watching a movie. You probably have more important things to take care of, but forget about these tasks for a few hours. Instead, focus on relaxing, easing your mind, and just forgeting about the hectic lives we live.
