Eating healthy is much harder than one would think. Processed foods that may seem healthy have many ingredients that are unnatural and as some may suggest, unhealthy.
Try this for a day… Don’t eat ANYTHING that didn’t grow out of the ground. Eat fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, etc. Basically anything that doesn’t come out of a box. Drink water, not soda. Eat Stir Fry or Chicken instead of frozen pizza or boxed pasta.
It is a lot harder to get your recommended carlorie intake if you eat natural foods, so you could potentially eat more and lose weight.
