Drink More Water

The average person is supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day.  Think back to yesterday and try to figure out if you came close to that amount.  Chances are you probably didn’t.

Today, try focusing on drinking more water than usual.  Better yet, try drinking nothing BUT water.  You will be amazed at how much better you’ll feel immediately.  You will be less tired, you’ll be able to concentrate a little more, and water even works as an appetite suppressant so you won’t overeat!

If you have problems drinking plain water you can add fruit to it to give it some extra flavor.  Slices of apples, oranges, strawberries, lemons, and grapes are all delicious if you leave them in.  Just throw them in a water bottle and keep refilling it throughout the day.  If you can’t get in all 8 glasses you’re still okay, just the attempt itself will guarantee you’ll drink more than normal.  And that’s the whole point, isn’t it?
