Take Time for Yourself

So many of us spend our lives taking care of others, that we tend to forget about ourselves. Whether we have children, pets, bosses, clients, or significant others there is always someone that we are working towards pleasing. When is the last time you spent an hour focusing on yourself and no one else? Exactly…
It doesn’t matter what you do, you could go eat lunch at your favorite restaurant, read a book, do your hair, go to the gym, whatever it is that you want to do. Just make sure you dedicate at least an hour to this thing with no distractions. Those issues will be there 60 minutes later and you can worry about them then.
