When is the last time you did a jumping jack? Yesterday? Mrs. Smith’s 3rd grade gym class? Regardless of when it was, make it a goal to do 50 of them today. It doesn’t matter if you can’t do them all in a row, just make it a point to do them all. You could try doing 10 in the morning, 10 at lunch, 10 at dinner, and 20 randomly throughout the day. Or just pump them all out first thing in the morning.

By adding a small amount of exercise to your day, you will not only feel better, but you’ll also get a natural high. This high will follow you along on your days activities and make you feel better, regardless of what you spend your day doing.
